摘　　要：目的:探讨不同药物治疗进展性脑梗死效果。方法:进展性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组(阿加曲班+尤瑞克林),对照一组(奥扎格雷钠+丹红)、对照二组(奥扎格雷钠+巴曲酶)、对照三组(阿加曲班)、对照四组(尤瑞克林)。五组均给依达拉奉治疗,治疗组和对照三组7天后加阿司匹林,其他对照组当天加阿司匹林。治疗前后(14d)对患者采用美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS评分)、日常生活能力量表(Barthel Index,BI指数)观察疗效。结果:与对照四组比较,治疗组NIHSS、BI评分明显改善(P<0.01),对照三、四、五组也优于对照二组(P<0.05)。结论:阿加曲班联合尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死疗效优于奥扎格雷钠+丹红、奥扎格雷钠+巴曲酶、阿加曲班、尤瑞克林治疗。奥扎格雷钠+巴曲酶、阿加曲班、尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死也优于奥扎格雷钠+丹红。Objective. To explore effect of different drugs on treatment of progressive cerebral in- farction. Methods：Patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group （argatroban q- urinary kallidinogenase）, control group 1 （ ozagrel sodium ＋ danhong injection）, control group 2 （ozagrel sodium q- batroxobin）, control group 3 （argatroban）, and control group 4 （uri- nary kallidinogenase）. Five groups were given edaravone treatment, the treatment group and control group 3 with aspirin 7 days later, other controls with aspirin after admission. The efficacy was measured with the United States of America NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS score）, ability of daily living scale （BI in- dex） before and after treatment （14 d）. Results：Compared with four control groups, NIHSS, BI score of treatment group were significantly improved （P〈0.01） and scores of control group 3, 4, 5 were higher than control group 2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusions. The curative effect of argatroban combined urinary kallid- mogenase is better than that of ozagrel and danhong injection, or ozagrel sodium and batroxobin, or ar- gatroban, and urinary kallidmogenase treatment. Ozagrel sodium and batroxobin, argatroban, urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is also better than that of ozagrel sodium anddanhong injection.
