摘 要:针对河流健康评价中诸多评价方法在指标权重确定方面存在困难的问题,应用组合赋权模糊评价方法,实现河流健康等级评价。该方法将主观赋权和客观赋权相结合来确定指标权重,并应用模糊综合评判方法进行河流健康评价,克服了单纯主观赋权的人为干扰,使评价结果更加客观真实。以滦河下游唐山地区8个河段为计算实例,构建评价指标体系和评价标准,得到所研究区段河流健康状况均为亚健康偏于不健康状况,与改进主成分分析评价方法进行比较,结果基本一致,证明了该方法的合理性。Aiming at the problem that the index weight is difficult to be determined in many evaluation methods for the river health evaluation, a combined weight based fuzzy evaluation method is applied, and then the evaluation on the river health level is realized. In this method, the subjective weight and the objective weight are combined for determining the index weight, and furthermore, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to assess the river health status; with which the human inter- ference from pure subjective weight is avoided, thus the evaluation result is much more objectivity. By taking 8 river reaches of the Lower Luanhe River in Tangshan District as the calculation cases, the index system and evaluation criterion are constituted and, in turn, the health statuses of the river reaches within the study area are all obtained, which are sub-health towards ill health. Combined with the improved principal component analysis method, the evaluation results from both the methods are basi- cally coincided, and then the rationality of this method is certified as well.
