摘 要:生物质的高附加值利用是近年来生物质研究的热点之一。以稻壳为原料,利用石油醚对稻壳进行超声萃取,并采用GC/MS对萃取产物进行分析,为稻壳生物质的分子结构及高附加值利用提供依据。在萃取物中共检测到50种有机化合物,分为甾类化合物和烷烃等10类。其中,甾类化合物占萃取物总相对含量的65.62%,表明石油醚可从稻壳中有效富集并撮该类化合物。Value - added application of biomass was one of the hot research topics in recent years. Rice husk was extracted with petroleum ether (PE) under ultrasonic irradiation, and compositional analysis of the PE - extractable species was carried out with GC/MS. Structural information at molecular level of rice husk and evaluation of its value - added application were provided. In total, 50 organic species were identified with steroids and alkanes were the main groups of species. The relative content of steroids was 65.62% in the PE - extractable species, indicating that PE was an effective sol- vent for extraction of these species.
