摘  要:建立了油墨中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。样品经干燥成膜、粉碎后超声提取,采用外标法选择离子扫描模式(SIM)进行定量分析。17种邻苯二甲酸酯在0.1~100 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。检出限为0.05~0.5 mg/kg。平均回收率为79.1%~108.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.8%~6.5%。该方法样品处理简单,分析时间短,定量准确,适用于油墨中邻苯二甲酸酯的分析检测。A method for the simultaneous determination of 17 phthalates (PAEs) in inks by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) was developed. The target analytes was ultrasonic extracted from dried sample films after shattering. The extracts were quantitatively analyzed by GC - MS in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode using the external standard method. The correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were over 0. 999 with the concentration of target analytes in the range of 0. 1 - 100 mg/L. The limits of detection were in 0. 05 - 0. 5 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 79. 1% - 108.3% and the relative standard deviations ( RSD, n =6) ranged from 2. 8% to 6. 5%. The method was sim- ple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quantitative determination of phthalates in inks.
