摘　　要：采用液相色谱法测定了加里料后白肋烟烟叶中的甘草酸。结果表明,在3.05～61.00 mg/kg浓度范围内,该法的工作曲线线性良好(相关系数为0.9999),回收率在95.0%～102.0%之间,RSD为0.30%。该法适用于批量处理过程中白肋烟中甘草酸的分析。A new method was developed for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in the treating hurley tobacco by liquid chromatography. No complicated sample pretreatment was required. The quantitative results were obtained by the external standard method. The method had good linearity with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999 in the concentration ranged from 3.05 to 61.00 mg/kg. The recovery of glycyrrhizic acid in tobacco was 95.0% - 102.0% , with RSD of 0. 30%.
