摘　　要：创新教育是当代世界教育改革的共同趋向,是我国进行素质教育的核心和灵魂。培养高素质的化学化工人才的核心和关键是具有创新精神和创新能力,在此就有机化学课程教学中如何培养大学生的创新精神和创新能力谈几点看法。Innovation education was the common developing trend of the education reform in contemporary world, also was the core and soul of quality - oriented education. The cultivation of high quality chemical engineering talents in the core and the key was to have the innovation spirit and innovation ability. A few points on how to cultivate college students＇ innovation snirit and innovation ahilitv in the organic chemistry teaching were proposed.
