摘　　要：随着国家创新体系建设的推进,如何测度企业技术创新主体发展情况是一个重要的问题。在分析以往关于企业技术创新主体以及相关指标研究基础上,提出了基于国家创新系统、企业群体和技术创新全过程3个研究视角的测度研究框架,并构建了由创新系统要素和创新活动要素两部分构成的企业技术创新主体监测指标体系,编制了企业技术创新主体监测指数。With the advance of the national innovation system, how to measure the development of innovative subjects is an important issue. Based on analysis on innovative subjects and research on the basis of the relevant indicators, the authors put forward measure research framework based on three research perspective of the national innovation system, corporate groups and technology innovation, and built the enterprise technology innovation subjects of monitoring indicators constituted by elements of the innovation system and innovation activities. Finally, the authors compiled detection index of enterprise technology innovation subject.
