十二指肠腺癌组织中的5-LOX、c-myc蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测十二指肠腺癌组织中5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)和c-myc蛋白的表达情况并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例十二指肠腺癌及30例癌旁正常组织中5-LOX与c-myc蛋白的表达情况。结果十二指肠腺癌组织中5-LOX和c-myc蛋白阳性率均明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异有显著性(P<0.01);十二指肠腺癌组织中5-LOX的阳性表达情况与浸润深度、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);c-myc蛋白在癌组织中的阳性表达与浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);二者在十二指腺癌表达存在明显的相关性(P=0.001)。结论 5-LOX及c-myc蛋白表达异常与十二指肠腺癌的生物学行为密切相关,可作为反映十二指肠腺癌浸润、转移及判断预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of 5-1ipoxygenase（5-LOX） and c-myc protein in duodenal adenocarcinoma and to ana- lyze the clinical significance. Methods The expression of 5-LOX and c-myc protein in 60 duodenal adenocarcinoma specimens and 30 normal duodenal specimens were examined by immunohistochemical SP technique. Results The positive expression rate of 5-LOX and c- myc protein in duodenal adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal duodenal （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the positive expression rate of 5-LOX induodenal adenocarcinoma was closely correlated with the depth of invasion, cell differentiation and lymph node metasta- sis（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of c-myc protein was correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was obvious correlation between the expression of 5-LOX and c-myc in duodenal adenocarcinoma（P = 0.001, r=0.43 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of 5-LOX and c-myc protein are closely correlated with the biological behavior of duodenal adenocarcinoma, which can be an important index for invasion, metastasis and prognosis of duodenal adenocarcinoma.
