摘　　要：【目的】检测子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki～67表达情况并探讨其意义。【方法】采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中E2F-1和Ki-67的表达并比较。【结果】子宫内膜癌组织中E2F1和Ki-67表达定位于细胞核，其阳性表达率分别为58．33％（35／60）和85．00％（51／60），均显著高于正常子宫内膜组织0、12．5％（4／32）（P〈0．05）；两者的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关（P〈0．05）；在子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67表达无明显相关性。【结论】E2F1和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌呈高表达，且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。[Objective] To detect the expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma and its sig- nificance. [Methods] The expressions of E2FI and Ki-67 in 60 cases of endornetrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method and compared. [Results] The expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma located on nucleus. The positive expression rates were 58.33 % （35/60） and 85.00 % （51/60） respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal endometrial tissue[12.5% （4/32）]（ P d0.05）. The expressions of both E2F-1 and Ki-67 were related with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging（ P d0.05）. In endometrial carcinoma, the ex- pression of E2F 1 had no obvious correlation with the expression of Ki-67 （ P d0.05）. [Conclusion] E2F 1 and Ki-67 are highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma, which are related with the occurrence, development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
