应用口腔修复膜整复颊部黏膜术后缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察并评价应用异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜整复颊部黏膜术后缺损的效果。【方法】收集湖南省人民医院口腔科2005年1月至2012年4月因各种原因造成颊部黏膜术后缺损行异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复患者的临床资料，定期对患者进行随访并评价临床效果。[结果]24块修复膜无松脱、愈合不良，随访6个月，所有患者黏膜缺损修复均获得成功。【结论】应用异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜早期修复颊部黏膜术后缺损，方法简单易行，对促进创面愈合、减轻瘢痕形成效果良好。[Objective]To observe and evaluate the efficacy of heterogenous acellular dermal matrix for re- pairing buccal mucosal defect after surgery. [Methods] Clinical data of patients with buccal mucosal defect who were repaired with heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix in stomatology department of Hunan provincial people＇s hospital from Jan. 2005 to April 2012 were collected. All patients were followed up regularly and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. [Results] No loose and faulty union occurred in all 24 rehabilitation mem- branes. During 6 months of follow up, all patients had the successful repair of buccal mucosal defect. [Conclu- sion] The application of heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix for repairing buccal mucosal defect is simple and effective to promote wound healin~ and reduce scar formation.
