摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌TACE治疗并发症的预防及处理。方法回顾522例行TACE治疗的病例资料。结果术后发烧者6例,恶心呕吐者16例,上腹疼痛腹胀者10例,穿刺点皮下血肿3例,过敏性休克者1例,肝肾功能损害12例,呃逆1例,高血糖1例。结论严格按照TACE治疗适应症及禁忌症,合理使用化疗及栓塞药物,仔细操作,可减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of complications after TACE to primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 522 patients treated with TACE from February 2012 to November 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 522 cases, 6 cases had fever, 16 cases with nausea and vomiting, 10 cases with upper abdominal pain and distension, 3 cases with subcutaneous hematoma on puncture point, one case with allergic shock, 12 cases with liver and kidney function damage, one case with hiccup and one case with hyperglycemia. Conclusions In strict accordance with the indications and contraindications of TACE, rational use of chemotherapy plus embolization and careful operation can reduce the occurrence of complications.
