体育校本教研存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：在体育校本教研过程中存在着学校缺乏有效的体育校本教研管理机制、体育教师校本教研知识和能力缺失、体育专业引领不够、体育校本教研评价标准较为单一、经费不足、功利主义和现实主义有时导致体育校本教研走入误区等一系列问题。解决这些问题,一要树立正确的体育校本教研理念;二要建立民主开放的体育校本教研激励机制;三要减轻体育教师压力,建立一支研究型的体育教师队伍;四要有灵活多样的体育校本教研方式。School based physical research lacks of an effective management mechanism. Teachers are lack of related knowledge. The assessment criterion is unitary. A research fund is not enough. Much research is utilitarianism oriented. We can solve these problems in the following ways. First, we must establish a good research concept. Second, it is necessary to construct a democratic, open and incentive mecha- nism. The pressure of physical education teachers has to be relieved. The research mode must be flexible and diverse.
