摘 要:随着流感病毒的加速变异及不同亚型病毒在物种间重组概率的增加,流感作为世界范围的季节性流行性传染性疾病,对人类健康的威胁正日益增加和严峻。由于特异性疫苗研发的相对滞后性,全新机制的抗流感药物始终是有效对抗流感、保障人类健康的第一道防线。人类对流感病毒感染及增殖机制的认识,使现代抗流感药物的研究得到空前的推动。本文介绍了抗流感药物主要靶标的研究进展,以期为流感防治药物的研发提供借鉴。As a seasonal,pandemic and worldwide communicable disease,the threat of influenza against human health is increasingly rigorous with the accelerated mutation of influenza viruses together with the increased rate of recombinant between different types of viruses.Novel anti-influenza drugs based on new targets are always the first choice of defenses against influenza viruses for safeguarding humans health because of the relatively retarded RD of virus specific vaccines.The research and development of modern anti-influenza drugs are effectively promoted by the continuously progressive understandings on the mechanisms of infection and multiplication of influenza viruses.The present paper briefly reviews the current advances in the research on major targets of anti-influenza drugs for the reference in further RD of new drugs.
