摘  要:先进过程控制(APC)在流程工业生产中发挥的作用日益受到关注,但是由于各种原因,在新建工程项目中仍很少应用APC。在介绍预测控制原理、预测模型及应用案例的基础上,阐述在新建化工装置中就节能降耗、保质增产自动控制系统应用APC的必要性与可行性;推荐应用预测控制策略及典型的离散卷积预测模型与神经网络预测模型。对于应用APC的工程项目,提出了工程设计阶段自控专业应涉及工作内容的建议。The function of advanced process control (APC) strategy displaying in process industry has attracted more and more attention. The application is still rare in new project due to various reasons. Based on brief introduction of prediction control principle, model and application examples, the necessity and feasibility of using APC in control system are expounded concerning with energy saving, quality assurance and production increasing in new chemical plant. It is recommended to use prediction control strategy, typical discrete convolution prediction model and neural network prediction model in practice. The work content is also advised concerned with process control specialty during the preliminary engineering stage ,for a project applying APC.
