摘　　要：针对"先就诊后结算"的门诊流程下需要病人预存较多诊疗费所带来的各种问题,采用了基于银行卡代缴费模式的门诊流程优化的方法,通过一所三级医院与一家国内商业银行合作开展的实践,使得门诊病人的诊金余额可用于通用消费支付,不再限于仅在就诊医院使用。并在试验运行阶段降低了45%的现金预存金额比例。In the first-treatment-after-settlement process, the patient must pre-store much medical fees. In this paper, bank card bill payment mode is proposed to optimize the process. It is carried out by practical cooperation of a tertiary hospital and a domestic commercial banks, which realized that outpatient consultation fee balance be used in common consumer payment, and no longer limited to using only in the treatment hospital. The amount of cash stored proportion to is reduced to 45% on the stage of test run.
