国内团队企业家精神研究评述——基于文献分析法

摘　　要：团队企业家精神的研究是企业家精神研究领域的重要分支,采用内容分析法对2000年以后发表在CSSCI核心期刊上的44篇有关团队企业家精神的论文进行梳理。研究结果显示:国内对于团队企业家精神的研究尚处于构念的评价与扩张阶段,研究层次虽然出现多元化趋势,但是单一层次的研究仍为主体,研究方法以定量研究居多,定性研究则以文献回顾、案例分析等较为常见,研究主题则主要集中在核心概念明晰、理论范式构建、作用机制探讨以及团队企业家精神与其他变量的相关性分析等,未来多层次、多视角地研究中国情境下的团队企业家精神的内在机理是其发展的重要趋势。Team entrepreneurship research gradually became an important branch in the field of entrepreneurship studies.This paper uses content analysis to analyze 44 articles published in CSSCI journals about team entrepreneurship.We find that studies on team entrepreneurship are at the stage of propositional evaluation and expansion.Although research levels appears diversified,single level research is still dominant.Research methods are mostly of quantitative studies,while literature reviews and case studies form the major part of qualitative researches.Research topics mainly focus on the clarification of core concepts,the building of theoretical paradigms,and the exploration of the intrinsic mechanisms of team entrepreneurship,related analysis of the relationship between team entrepreneurship and other variables.In the future,the multi-level and multi-angle study of the internal mechanism of team entrepreneurship in the Chinese contexts will be an important trend.
