摘　　要：20世纪80年代文学史写作和研究中所理解的"农民"不是"五四""国民性"代表的"农民",也不是革命文学所期望召唤的革命"大众"意义上的"农民",而是在中西对照中形成的"世界文学"总体视野下的"农民"。这种观念结构背景,导致80年代的"农民"形象成为落后文化的代名词,也是民族文化的主要象征物。这种"农民"观影响了80年代人们的文学史意识。This paper analysis the main connotation of the ＂farmers＂ in the literary history of the eighties, and this ＂farmers＂ was proposed by what structuralism background. In my opinion, what the ＂farmers＂ in the literary history of the eighties was produced by the binary opposition between the Chinese and the Western. The ＂farmers＂ that was produced by this background become backward culture synonymous, also the symbols of national culture, which affects the the eighties people＇s awareness of literary history.
