摘  要:无形的心理契约不仅释放着有形契约关系的影响力,也存在其衍生价值——心理契约信用。在经济全球化重塑的非传统雇佣关系中,隐藏着普遍的心理契约信用危机。如果心理契约存在的主体回归至广义古典学派界定的政府、企业和员工,则集合了有形契约信用和无形契约信用双重内涵的政府信用、企业信用、个人信用,其信用品质的交互影响、辐射影响,无疑构成为分析政府、企业和员工三方心理契约信用互动规律的简约路径。The intangible psychological contract not only releases the tangible contract relationship influence, but also the existence of its derivative value the psychological contract credit. In the economic globalization to reshape the non - traditional employment relationships, there is a universal psychological contract credit crisis hidden. With the main body of the existing psychological contract regression to the generalized classical school's definition to the government, the enterprise and the staff, both of the tangible and intangible contract credit bearing dual connotation of government credit, enterprise credit and personal credit can appear, cause different credit qualities reciprocal and radial effect, which will undoubtedly constitute a contracted short - cut for the tripartite psychological contract credit interaction from the government, the enterprises and the employees.
