农村基础设施“民办公助”模式农民满意度研究——以甘肃省某镇的个案调查为例

摘　　要：以甘肃省某镇农村基础设施"民办公助"模式满意度调查为例,尝试构建"民办公助"模式公众满意度评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对"民办公助"模式公众满意度进行评价。结果显示,调查地公众对"民办公助"模式的总体满意度处于一般满意的水平,其中,农村沼气的公众满意度最高,高于总体满意度,而农村道路、农田水利的公众满意度低于总体满意度,且农田水利的满意度最低。＂Civilian -Run and State -Subsidized＂ mode is a main for rural infrastructure supply in China, so it is the premise to grasp the implement performance of rural infrastructure ＂Civilian - Run and State - Subsidized＂ mode to research the public satisfaction degree. Taking the public satisfaction degree in a certain town of Gansu province for example, effort has been made to build the public satisfaction evaluation index system of rural infra- structure ＂Civilian- Run and State- Subsidized＂ mode and to analyze the overall satisfaction and satisfaction de- gree with various types by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed the overall satisfaction degree is general satisfaction level. Among them, the public satisfaction degree of rural biogas is maximal, higher than overall satisfaction degree, but the rural road and irrigation are lower than overall satisfaction degree, and the satisfaction degree of irrigation is the lowest.
