摘  要:在阐述了永磁同步电机弱磁升速基本原理的基础上,介绍了弱磁控制时所出现的电压和电流限制问题。针对转子表贴式永磁同步电机,采用了一种新型抗积分饱和策略对电流环进行控制,在抗积分饱和的同时实现了弱磁控制。该策略仅仅涉及软件上的变动,并不需要额外的硬件,具有易于实现的优点。由于该策略充分利用了母线电压,因此在同样的电压限制和电流限制条件下,可使永磁同步电机比传统的控制策略能够产生更大的输出转矩,Matlab仿真及实验结果验证了该弱磁控制方法的有效性。On the basis of elaborating the basic principle of permanent- magnet synchronous motors in flux- weakening operation,the voltage and current limit circle were introduced which take place during the flux-weakening control. In view of surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous motors, it adopts a novel anti-windup method to control the current loop for flux-weakening operation. With this method, the flux-weakening control and anti-windup can be achieved simultaneously. This strategy only relates to the changes in software, and no additional hardware or sensor is needed. Therefore it can be easily implemented. Moreover it guarantees more output torque than the conventional anti- windup and flux-weakening method does by better utilizing DC link voltage. The effectiveness of this method is proved by Maflab simulations and experimental results.
