可摘局部义齿预留性设计修复的疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价可摘局部义齿预留性修复设计的修复临床效果。方法:选择40例病例,其中肯氏一类10例、肯氏二类15例、三类10例、四类5例。做保留松动牙的可摘局部义齿预留性修复设计,完成铸造支架可摘局部义齿并嘱正常使用,松动牙拔除后牙列缺损类型向出现亚类和更严重缺损类型转变,将原局部义齿修理后继续使用并定期复查。结果:12个月后复查,38例成功,2例尚可;24个月后复查,38例成功,2例因拔除基牙失败。成功率95%。结论:预留性可摘局部义齿修复设计是临床行之有效的修复方法,设计符合口腔生理,尽管存在一定缺陷,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To evaluate the effect of prostheses with predesigned removable partial denture in clinic. Methods：Forty patients with loose teeth were chosen,including Kennedy Ⅰ 10 cases,Kennedy Ⅱ 15 cases, KennedyⅢ10 cases,KennedyⅣ5 cases.Wearing predesigned removable partial denture,using this repaired partial removal denture after extracting the loose teeth.At this moment,the denture defects were more serious.The effect was observed after 12 and 24 months.Results：After 12 months,38 cases were successful,2 cases were successful on the whole.Twenty four months later,38 cases were successful,2 cases were not successful due to the extraction of the abutement tooth.The rate of success was 95%.Conclusion：It＇s a effective prosthesis in clinical to put on the predesigned removable partial denture.Though it is imperfect,this prosthesis is still valuable and widely practiced.
