摘 要:提出适合于高压小电流开关电源的一种功率变换器—不对称半桥并联谐振倍压变换器(AHBPRDVCs),该变换器与传统半桥并联谐振拓扑相比,电路结构简单,利用谐振和倍压整流技术共同提升输出电压,使得高压开关电源高频变压器设计难度大为降低。对AHBPRDVCs的线性模态和谐振模态的电路拓扑等效分析,结合AHBPRDVCs工作时序图,研究了其三种工作模式下的开关换流过程及模式转换条件,最后对三种模式进行了仿真验证。研究结果表明,AHBPRDVCs是一种理想的高压开关电源方案,可推广应用。A kind of power converter, Asymmetrical Half-bridge in Parallel Resonant Dual Voltage Converters (AHBPRDVCs), was proposed. Compared to the traditional half-bridge resonant topology, AHBPRDVCs’ topology was simple and fit for high voltage and low current SMPS. High-voltage was due to dual voltage rectifying and resonant technology, which reduced turns ratio and volume of the transformer, making it easier to produce. Topologies of AHBPRDVCs’ linear mode and resonant mode were equivalent and analyzed. According to main working time-series of AHBPRDVCs, three modes and their switching processes and conditions were studied and simulated. Results show that AHBPRDVCs was a kind of ideal high voltage power supply scheme could be used widely.
