微波综合治疗面神经麻痹临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价微波综合治疗面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法将62例面神经麻痹患者随机分为微波综合治疗组和药物治疗组并评价其效果。药物治疗组口服强的松,地巴唑,甲钴胺等。微波综合治疗组在药物治疗同时应用微波、中频脉冲电和运动训练等治疗。结果微波综合治疗面神经麻痹有效率和治愈率优于药物治疗,经统计学处理两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波综合治疗面神经麻痹疗效确切,可以大大地提高治愈率,缩短疗程。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of microwave in the comprehensive treatment of facial nerve paralysis. Methods 62 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into microwave integrated treatment group and medication group and the curative effects were evaluated.The medication group were treated with oral Prednisone,Bendazol,and Mecobalamin.The microwave integrated group were treated with microwave, intermediate frequency electric pulse and exercise training as well as the drug treatment.Results The effective rate and cure rate of the microwave treatment were superior to those of drug treatment.The differences of curative effects between the two groups were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Treating facial nerve paralysis with microwave integrated therapy has accurate curative effect, which can increase the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
