摘　　要：酰胺是生物蛋白和药物化学中的重要结构单元,酰胺的合成在有机合成和生物化学中都具有广泛的研究,文章旨在总结现有的酰胺键形成的方法,从而探索更多新的合成酰胺的方法。Amide is the important structural unit of the biological proteins and pharmaceutical chemistry,and the synthesis of amides in the organic synthesis and biochemistry has extensively studied,this article is intended to summarize the current method of forming an amide bond,so as to explore more new synthetic amidemethod.
