手推半剂量动态增强磁共振成像在诊断垂体微腺瘤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:提高对垂体微腺瘤的磁共振诊断水平。方法:对53例经手术及临床治疗证实的垂体微腺瘤患者的磁共振的影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果:平扫的检出率为54.72%,手推半剂量动态增强扫描垂体微腺瘤检出率为98.11%,延迟后检出率为73.58%。结论:手推半剂量动态增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的检出具有良好的敏感性和特异性,可以作为垂体微腺瘤诊断的首选影像学检查方法。Objective： To improve MRI diagnostic level of pituitary adenoma. Method： Magnetic resonance imaging data in 53 patients with pituitary adenoma confirmed by operation and clinical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Result： Scan detection rate in pituitary adenoma was of 54.72% , hand push half -dose dynamic enhanced scan detection rate was of 98. 11%, a delay detection rate was of 73. 58%. Conclusion：Hand push half- dose dynamic enhanced scan in pituitary microadenoma detection have a good sensitivity and specificity, can be used as the first choice of imaging examination method.
