摘　　要：目的:对不同年龄段的胃癌患者的临床病理特点进行分析,以便提高胃癌的治愈率。方法:对2009年1月-2011年12月期间的胃癌患者的资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果:不同年龄阶段胃癌发病有共同点也有不同点。在病理研究中,Ⅳ期主要发生在青年组,Ⅰ期主要发生在中年组和老年组。结论:对于胃癌患者来说,早期诊断、早期治疗是改善预后的关键。Objective： In order to improve the cure rate of gastric cancer, the authors analyzed the clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer patients of different ages.Methods： The data was analyzed retrospectively gastric cancer patients from January 2009 to December 2011.Results： Gastric cancers in difi^rent age groups show different clinical characteristics.In the pathologic study, type 1V mainly occurred in the younger group and type I mainly occurred in the middle age group and the elder group.Concluslon： The emphasis to improve the prognosis for patients with gastric cancer are early diagnosis and early treatment.
