摘 要:肿瘤的浸润和转移是复杂的多因素参与多步骤过程,首先是癌细胞自原发灶脱落,然后脱落的癌细胞破坏其周围基质,而后进入血管或淋巴管向远处转移。肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移也是导致临床治疗失败的最主要原因,了解转移发生机制有助于探索新的抗转移治疗措施。近年来研究显示肝肠钙粘连蛋白与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移能力密切相关,本研究就肝肠钙粘连蛋白的生物学特性以及其在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。tumor invasion and metastasis is a complex multi-factors involved in the multi-step process, first of all, cancer ceils from the original tumor to fall off, and then fall off the cancer cells to destroy its surrounding matrix, and then into the blood vessels or lymphatic vessels to distant metastasis. Invasionand metastasis of tumor cells is the main reason of contributed to clinical failure, in order to understand the transfer takes place mechanisms to help explore the new anti-metastatic treatment measures. In recent years, studies have shown that the Li-cadherin calcium laminin tumor cell invasion and metastasis is closely related to biological characteristics. This article summarized the Biological characteristics of Li-cadherin and its research progress in the Gastrointestinal tumors.
