丝裂霉素C联合Ahamed青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用MMC联合Ahamed青光眼阀植入治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法:应用MMC联合Ahamed青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼17眼17例。结果:术前眼压45.6+8.49mmHg,术后降至20.2+6.84mmHg,视力有不同程度的提高。术后并发症4例早期术后浅前房,2例前房积血,1例引流管内口堵塞。结论:应用MMC联合Ahamed青光眼阀植入,可以有效地降低难治性青光眼的眼压,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To evaluate the effect of mitomycin C（MMC） combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for refractory glaucoma.Methods：17 eyes of 17 patients who were presented with refractory glaucoma were treated with MMC combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.Cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months with observation on intraocular pressure（IOP）,visual acuity and complications during or after surgery.Results：A significant decrease of IOP was noted from（45.6± 8.49） mmHg to（20.2±6.84） mmHg.Visual acuity improved to some extent.The major complications in the early stage after surgery were shallow anterior chamber in 4 cases,hyphema in 2 cases and obstruction of internal orifice of drainage tube in 1 case.Conclusion：MMC combined with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation can effectively reduce the IOP in patients with refractory glaucoma and decrease the postoperative complications.
