摘　　要：综述肿瘤干细胞研究的历史和来源,并对肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤临床治疗中的应用及此领域的发展方向作了初步的展望。tem cells are defined as cells that have the ability to perpetuate themselves through self-renewal and to generate mature cells of a particular tissue through differentiation.In this article we discussed the evidence for the existence of tumor stem cells and sources of cancer stem cells,moreover,tumor-targeted therapeutic approach and development prospect were also reviewed.
