摘　　要：先天性心脏病是最常见的出生缺陷之一，同时也是是造成新生儿、儿童残疾或死亡的主要原因之一，给家庭和社会带来了沉重的经济负担和精神痛苦。本文从小儿先心痛的类型及发病原因入手，对先心痛的临床表现、诱因、预防措施、治疗手段等多个方面进行了分析总结，旨在进一步探讨小儿先心痛的预防及治疗技术，降低先心病的发病率和病死率，提高人口素质。As one of the most common birth defects, the congenital heart disease （CHD）is also a major reason causing disability or death of neonatus and children, bringing heavy economic burden and emotional distress to the family and society. Begins with the type and causes of CHD, the clinical manifestations, causes, prevention and treatment measures are analyzed in this article, aiming to further explore prevention and treatment technology of CHD, reduce CHD morbidity or mortality, improve the population quality.
