摘　　要：本文报道尸检测量了兰州地区600例4～6月龄汉族新鲜胎儿的脑重。并根据测量值进行了曲线拟合,建立了胎儿脑重发育的数学模型。该模型不但能确切反映脑重与胎龄关系连续发展规律,而且还可以作为揭示胎儿脑重发育规律的一种较好的方法。The result of the measurement of brain weight by autopsy in 600 Chinese foetus of the Han nationality at the age of 4 to 10 months in Lanzhou area is reported, and a mathematical model of the growth of fetal brain weight is given. This method can not only exactly reflect the law of the continuous development of the relation between brain weight and fetal age, but also be used as a means of revealing the law of the growth of fetal brain weight.
