摘 要:干细胞移植作为牙周组织再生治疗的新方法已经取得明显进展。然而,其临床转化目前却面临着技术困难和准入制度等方面的严峻挑战。机体内已经存在很多可供组织修复再生需要的干细胞,诱导、动员这些干细胞定向迁徙、靶点募集(细胞归巢)并发挥治疗作用,有望实现牙周内源性再生,加速牙周再生治疗的临床转化进程,值得深入研究。Stem cell-based therapy has been one of the best documented strategies in periodontal regenerative medicine. However, the ex vivo manipulation of stem cells and their h7 vi^v delivery are restricted by the excessive cost of commercialization and the anticipated difficulties of regulatory approval for clinical translation. An alternative to adoptively transferred stem cells is cell populations that have already been present in a patient's body, which can be actively attracted to the sites of injury lbr therapeutics. This technique, known as stem cell homing, has the potential to provide new therapeutic options for h7 situ periodontal regeneration. Periodontal tissue regeneration that relies on endogenous stem/progenitor cell homing, local tissue responses, and functional stimulation thus offers new insights into h7 vivo tissue engineering and holds great promise for the future of translational medicine.
