摘 要:目的:观察表面封闭剂在颈部洞树脂充填中对微渗漏的影响。方法:选取正畸减数拔除的前磨牙40个,分别在颊侧颈部制备4 mm×2 mm×2.5 mm的窝洞后,进行Z250复合树脂充填,并修形、抛光。然后将所有充填后的标本随机分为两组,实验组(n=20)在充填体和边缘2 mm范围酸蚀并涂布Fortify Plus树脂表面封闭剂,光照固化;对照组(n=20)不作处理。最后将所有标本进行冷热温度循环、亚甲基蓝染色、颊舌向纵形剖开,体视显微镜和扫描电镜观察充填体边缘微渗漏的情况。结果:应用表面封闭剂组微渗漏的程度显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用表面封闭剂可减少树脂充填中微渗漏的发生,从而获得良好的边缘封闭性。AIM: To observe the effects of surface sealant on the marginal micro-leakage of class V com- posite resin restorations. METHODS: 40 extracted intact premolars were used. Cavities were prepared on the labial side of the premolars and restored with z - 250 composite resin. The teeth were then randomly divided into 2 groups. In treatment group(n = 20) the surface of the restorations was treated with a layer of Fortify Plus surface sealant and light -irradiatation for 20 s, while in the control group (n = 20) the restorations received no treatment. The premolars were thermocycled, then immersed in methylene blue solution. Finally they were sectioned in buccolingual direction. The sections were examined under stereomicroscope. The degree of micro - leakage was assessed as the ratio of dye penetra- tion at the tooth-restoration interface to the length of the wall. RESULTS: The Fortify Plus surface sealant group showed significantly lower micro-leakage than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Surface sealant can improve the marginal sealing of filling.
