摘　　要：自身抗体的检测对自身免疫性肝病分型、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗、预后及提高其检出率均具重要价值。但实践应用中应结合受检者的临床表现及其它诊疗程序等进行综合分析和判断。Each autoimmune liver disease has its own characteristic autoantibodies and diagnostic biomarkers, which are important in significance and value to the classification, differential diagnosis and treatment, andprognosis. To the patients with liver diseases of unexplained cause, the detecting of autoantibodies can improve the specific diagnosis. In practical application for autoimmune liver diseases, autoantibody detection should becombined with the clinical manifestations, treatment program, and other comprehensive analysis and judgment.
