老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗的临床效果。方法将2005年1月～2011年12月期间收治的60例老年结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗,对照组给予Ⅰ期切除Ⅱ期吻合手术治疗。结果观察组术后并发症发生率3.33%,对照组术后并发症发生率16.67%;观察组平均住院时间为(18.32±2.21)d,对照组平均住院时间为(24.32±3.12)d。结论老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者进行Ⅰ期切除吻合手术治疗临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the elderly colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction one stage resection and anastomosis operation treatment. Methods From January 2007 to December 2011 were treated in our hospital for elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction in patients 30 cases for the observation group, give one stage resection and anastomosis operation in treatment of patients at the same time, selection of colon cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction in 30 patients as control group, one-stage resection and anastomosis for stage II operation treatment. Results The observation group the postoperative complication rate was 3.33%, the control group the postoperative complication rate was 16.67%; the mean duration of hospitalization for observation group （18.32 ±2.21） days, the control group the average hospitalization time was （ 24.32± 3.12） days. Conclusion For acute obstructive colon cancer in the elderly patients with one-stage resection and anastomosis operation treatment has exact curative effect, it is worth for clinical use.
