摘  要:目的探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)在角膜皮样瘤术前评估中的作用。方法收集可配合行UBM检查的角膜皮样瘤患者8例,术前行UBM检查测量角膜皮样瘤厚度和浸润角膜的深度,根据检测结果选择手术方式,显微镜下彻底剥离角膜皮样瘤,游标卡尺测量角膜皮样瘤的厚度及浸润角膜的深度。结果UBM检查测量角膜皮样瘤浸润角膜的深度与手术切除标本直接测量的深度相近,差异无统计学意义(t=0。228;P=0.826)。UBM测量的角膜皮样瘤厚度略小于手术切除标本直接测量的厚度(0.037mm),差异具有统计学意义(t=2.682;P=0.031)。结论UBM检查是角膜皮样瘤术前非常有价值的检查,可为手术设计提供参考信息,增加手术的预测性,减少手术的风险。Objective To investigate the preoperative evaluation of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) in the corneal dermoid cases. Method Eight cases with corneal dermoid who could be performed UBM examination were collected. The thickness and the corneal infiltration depth of corneal dermoid were measured before operation using UBM. Operation design was selected according to the data measuring by UBM. Then the corneal dermoid was dissected completely under the microscopy. The thickness and the corneal infiltration depth of corneal dermoid were measured using vernier caliper. Results The corneal infiltration depth of corneal dermoid measured using UBM was close to the depth measuring using vernier caliper. The difference had no statistical significance (t =0.228; P =0.826). The thickness of corneal dermoid measured using UBM was slightly less than the thickness measuring using vernier caliper. (0.037mm). The difference was statistical significance (t = 2.682; P =0.031). Conclusions UBM is a valuable preoperative examination for patients with corneal dermoid. It can provide reference information for the operation design, increase the predictability of surgery and reduce the risk of operation.
