摘　　要：目的腹腔镜胃癌手术是目前的热点与发展趋势。规范实施腹腔镜胃癌根治手术,需严格掌握手术的适应证与禁忌证,术中严格遵循胃癌手术的根治原则和标准的根治范围,通过选择正确的手术入路、精准彻底的淋巴结清扫及安全有效的消化道重建,腹腔镜胃癌根治手术能够做到对胃癌的根治性切除,降低手术并发症,取得良好的临床疗效。Currently, laparoscopic gastrectomy is a hot topic and development tendency in treating gastric cancer. To standardize operative procedures of radical laparoscopic gastrectomy, strict indications and contraindications are demanded while following the surgical principles and a standardized range of radical resection for gastric cancer. Through correct surgical approach, accurate dissection of complete lymph node and successful reconstruction of the digestive tract, laparoscopic gastrectomy could accomplish the radical resection of gastric cancer, with decreased postoperative complications.
