抗I型变态反应的药物作用靶点及其新药研发

摘　　要：I型变态反应是临床上常见的一类困扰患者生活质量的疾病,严重的可致死。现有抗I型变态反应药物存在着各种问题,研制该类新药已成为国际各大制药公司的共同话题。本文将从新药研发的角度,围绕I型变态反应发病的细胞与分子生物学机制,就抗I型变态反应的药物可能的作用靶点及新药研发进展做一综述,并指出了未来5年的发展趋势。Many patients suffer from a frequently occurred disease in clinic, type I hypersensitivity, which might cause death if it were serious. Because available drugs have various kinds of defects, the research and development of new drugs for type I hypersensitivity has been a common theme to international pharmaceutical companies. Focusing on the cellular and molecular biologic pathogenesis of type I hypersensitivity, this review summarized the possible action targets of drugs resisting type I hypersensitivity, and the progress on research and development of new drugs from the point of view on the new medicine research and development. This review also pointed out the progress tendency on research of the targets and new drugs in the coming five years.
