摘 要:马铃薯属于喜钾作物,在栽培过程中钾素营养的供应直接关系到马铃薯的产量与品质。本研究探讨了不同供钾水平下马铃薯作物叶片的荧光光谱响应特性,并基于不同形式的光谱参量构建了马铃薯不同生育时期叶片钾素含量的回归模型。结果表明:将敏感波段中680nm和718nm波长处的荧光强度F680和F718进行组合及对数变换处理后[F680+F718、lgF680、lgF718、lg(F680+F718)]作为光谱参量,所构建的叶片钾素含量回归模型的决定系数均较原始光谱参量(F680、F718)有所提高,其中以lg(F680+F718)为光谱参量所建立的回归模型拟合效果最佳,在发棵期和结薯期回归模型的决定系数均高于0.94,基于该参量所建立的模型适宜用来估算马铃薯叶片钾素的含量及对马铃薯作物钾素营养的丰缺状况进行评价。Potato belongs to the crop which likes potash.The supply of potassium nutrition in the cultivation process is directly related to the yield and quality of potato tubers.The fluorescence spectral response characteristic of potato leaves under different potassium supply levels was studied in present research,and the regression models of potassium content in potato leaves at different growth stages were established based on the different spectral parameters.The results showed that the fitting precision of the regression models of potassium content in potato leaves were improved with the processing of combination and logarithmic transformation on the fluorescence intensity values at 680nm and 718nm wavelength,and the fitting result of regression model based on spectral parameter of lg(F680+F718) was the best,both in the tillering stage and tuber formation period,the model decision coefficients were higher than 0.94,which was suitable for estimating the potassium content in potato leaves and evaluating potassium nutritional status of potato crop.
