剥脱性食管炎诊治经验并文献复习

摘　　要：目的通过回顾性分析文献对剥脱性食管炎有一个正确认识,并规范该病的医疗术语。方法通过计算机检索CHKD1994～2005文献,分别用关键词"剥脱性食管炎"、"食管管型"、"表层脱落性食管炎"、"食管黏膜管型剥脱症"检索。结果用关键词"剥脱性食管炎"共检索到26篇文章,用"食管管型"共检索到6篇文章,用"表层脱落性食管炎"共检索到3篇文章,用"食管黏膜管型剥脱症"共检索到1篇文章。结论剥脱性食管炎是最常用的医学术语,耳鼻咽喉科和消化内科是该病的诊治主体。Objective To retrospectively analyse of literature and have a correct understanding for the exfoliative esophagitis ,and regulate the medical terms. Methods Retrieved the CHKD 1994~2005 literature by computer,respectively using the keywords ＂exfoliative esophagitis＂, ＂esophageal cast＂, ＂superficial shedding esophagitis＂ ,and＂intramural rupture of the esophagus＂. Results Searched 26 articles by using the keyword ＂exfoliative esophagitis＂, 6 articles by ＂esophageal cast＂ ,3 articles by＂superficial shedding esophagitis＂ ,and 1 article by＂intramural rupture of the esophagus＂. Conclusion ＂Exfoliative esophagitis＂ is the most commonly used medical terminology,the department of Otolaryngology and Gastroenterology are the main bodies to treat the disease.
