家庭文化背景与大学生就业心理问题研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法和数理统计法等,调查不同家庭文化背景下家长的就业观念、就业方法和对就业的关注度,对不同家庭文化背景下大学生的就业意识就业观念进行调查分析。研究表明,家庭文化背景对大学生就业心理的影响为正相关,大学生职业生涯规划和就业的个性化指导,应当充分考虑其家庭文化背景。By the methods of questionnaire investigation anti mathematical statistics, college students＇ parents＇employment concept, employment methods and attention to employment in different family cultural backgrounds are investigated, and then college students＇ employment consciousness and employment concept of different family cultural backgrounds are analyzed. The research shows that family cultural background has positive correlation with college students＇ employment psychology. The occupation career planning and the individual guidance of employment should fully consider the family cultural background.
