摘　　要：阐述建设高校和谐校园文化,要把握住其着力点,具体说,其根本是坚持"一个引领",即发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用;其保证是完善"两种制度",即完善领导机制及规章制度;其关键是加强"三项建设",即建设和谐的校园物质文化、精神文化和行为文化等方面。This thesis elaborates the construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities. Specifically, its basis is to uphold ＂one guidance＂, which means taking the core value system of socialism as the guidance; its guarantee is to implement ＂two regimes＂, which are completing leadership mechanism and regulations; its core is to strengthen ＂three constructions＂ which are setting up material culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture.
