摘　　要：为了加强高校消防安全工作，预防火灾发生，减少火灾侵害，在《中华人民共和国消防法》颁布施行三周年之际，梳理高校消防安全工作思路，评价消防安全保障状况，分析主要致灾原因和火灾风险因素，提出针对措施与对策，根本目的就是提升高校消防安全的保障水平，促进校园平安。To strengthen security against fire in col- leges and universities so that to take precautions a- gainst fire and then reduce the possibility of it, the authors claim their measures to promote the level of se- curity against fire, to boost safeness on campus by card- ing working thoughts at the 3rd anniversary of the issu- ing of Fire Control Law of the People＇s Republic of China.
