摘　　要：北京林业大学国家理科基地自成立起,通过开展大学生自主创新和科研训练项目,在提升在校大学生科研素质,探索人才培养模式方面取得了显著成效。本文从保障措施和运行管理两个方面阐述关于本科生科研训练管理的方法和经验。Since the establishment of national science base of beijing forestry university, through carrying out the project of students＇ independent innovation and scientific research and training, it has made remarkable achievements in upgrading the students＇ quality of scientific research and exploring talent training mode. This article elaborated on undergraduate research training management methods and experience from two aspects of the safeguards and operational management.
