维吾尔族及汉族宫颈鳞癌中CRT和ERP57蛋白的表达及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析维吾尔族及汉族妇女宫颈炎和子宫颈鳞癌组织中CRT、ERP57蛋白表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测子宫颈炎组织69例(汉族38例,维吾尔族31例)以及子宫颈鳞癌组织124例(汉族36例,维吾尔族88例)中CRT、ERP57蛋白的表达。结果 CRT、ERP57蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率(90.32%,90.32%)均显著高于宫颈炎组织(50.72%,49.28%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌中ERP57的阳性表达率(94.32%)显著高于汉族(80.56%)(P<0.05)。维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌患者中CRT与ERP57的阳性表达率呈显著正相关性(χ2=4.9,r=0.229,P<0.05)。结论 CRT、ERP57蛋白的表达上调在维吾尔族和汉族妇女宫颈鳞癌的发生中起重要作用,ERP57蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其与CRT蛋白表达的相关性存在民族差异。Objective To investigate the expression levels of the CRT and ERP57 and their correlation with each other in human cervical cancer lesions from patients with Uighur and Han ethnicities. Methods The expression of proteins CRT and ERP57 in 69 cases of cervicitis including 38 Han and 31 Uighur women and 124 cases of cervical cancer lesions from 36 Han and 88 Uighur women were evaluated with S-P immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of CRT and ERP57 expressions in cervical cancer （90.32%, 90.32%） from both ethnic groups were respectively higher than those in cervicitis tissues （50.72%, 49.28%）, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences （P〈0.05） in expression of ERP57 in cervical cancer tissues between Han （80.56%） and Uighur women （94.32%）. The positive rate of CRT and ERP57 expressions showed a positive correlation with each other in cervical cancer of Uighur women （χ2=4.9, r=0.229, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The upregu-lation of CRT and ERP57 proteins both played an important role in the development of human cervical cancer lesions. There were national differences of ERP57 protein expression and its correlation with CRT protein expression in human cervical cancer lesions from Uighur and Han nationalities.
