摘　　要：目的观察舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛对肺癌手术后患者疼痛和血清IL-6、IL-10水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的择期肺癌手术患者60例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为三组,每组20例,包括生理盐水对照组(C组)、芬太尼组(F组)和舒芬太尼组(S组),观察并比较三组患者术后血清IL-6和IL-10的变化及VAS评分。结果与C组相比,F和S组患者的VAS评分、血清IL-6和IL-10水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。与F组相比,S组患者血清IL-6和IL-10水平和VAS评分亦显著降低(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛用于肺癌手术后患者的镇痛效果更好,且能有效地维持细胞因子的平衡,缓解术后的免疫损伤。Objective To evaluate the effects of the controlled intravenous analgesia by sufentanil on plasma IL-6 and IL-10 levels on patients who suffered lung cancer operation. Methods Sixty lung cancer surgery patients （ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade） were selected and divided randomly into three groups （n=20）：Saline control group （group C）, Fentanyl group （group F） and sufentanil group （group S）. The visual analog scale （VAS） and serum concentrations of IL-6 and IL-10 were measured and compared between the three groups. Results Compared with group C, VAS scores and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 on av-erage significantly decreased in group F and group S （P〈0.05）. Compared with group F, the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 and VAS significantly decreased in group S （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Controlled intravenous analgesia by Sufentanil is more effective than Fentanil in the treatment of patients after lung cancer operation. It could effectively maintain the balance of cy-tokines and relieve the immunologic injury post operation.
