摘　　要：本文根据质量管理体系（标准）的要求，结合近年来中国水电顾问集团昆明勘察设计研究院（以下简称昆明院）地质勘察的实际情况和作者长期从事水电地质勘察项目技术质量管理的经验，提出就下一步如何加强勘察项目质量管理、进一步提高勘察产品质量的思路和措施，供相关地质勘察人员、质量管理人员及各级技术管理人员借鉴和参考。According to the requirements of the quality management system （standard）, this article proposes the thoughts and measures on how to further strengthen the quality management of the surveying projects and further improve the quality of surveying products, in combination with the actual situation of geological survey conducted by Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute, CHECC （hereinafter referred to as Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute） and the author＇s long-term experience in the technical quality management over the geological surveying projects of hydropower engineering, for reference of relevant geological survey personnel, quality management personnel and all levels of technical managers.
