摘　　要：水电工程建设监理组织机构的管理模式有多种多样，本文介绍其中两种典型的模式：矩阵模式和树形模式。重点分析这两种模式的运用条件、内在关系及管理效果等问题，供监理单位参考或借鉴。There are various management modes for supervision organization of hydropower project construction. This paper introduces two typical modes： matrix mode and tree mode. Application condition, internal relation and management effect of the two modes are emphatically analyzed. Supervision units can use it for reference.
