摘  要:碳纤维复合材料与其他材料相比具有比强度和比模量高、制件力学性能优异、安全性高、可设计性强和零部件一体化等特点,已广泛应用到汽车工业中,其多种加工成型工艺也得到广泛的应用。文章介绍了碳纤维复合材料在汽车工业中的主要用途,对几种成型工艺及其性能特点进行了介绍,指出了发展汽车用碳纤维复合材料存在的主要问题。Comparing with other materials, carbon fiber compound material has the premium properties of high specific tenacity and specific modulus, perfect mechanic properties of finished pieces, high security, high designability, and integration of parts, so the material has been widely applied in automotive industry, and the various machine - shaping processes have been widely used. The application of carbon fiber compound material in automotive industry was introduced, several machine - shaping processes and their properties were also introduced, and the main problems for development of automobile carbon fiber compound material were pointed out.
