摘 要:运用高压均质法制备负载乙基己基三嗪酮(Ethylhexyl triazone,Uvinul T 150)和氧化锌(Zinc oxide,ZnO)的纳米结构脂质载体(NLC),利用光子相关光谱(PCS)测得在常温下的平均粒径为314 nm±4 nm,多分散指数(PD)I在0.10~0.30;利用pH计测得样品的pH接近于7.0;用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测得复合防晒剂-NLC中Uvinul T 150的保留率在8.98 g/mL~9.76 g/mL之间。最后,从温度和时间稳定性考察得到,新型复合防晒剂-NLC具有良好的稳定性。Ethylhexyl triazone (Uvinul T 150) and zinc oxide loaded nanostructured lipid carried were prepared by High Press Homogenization (HPH). At room temperature, the average particle sizes measured by Photon Correlation Spectroscopy (PCS) were in the range of 314 nm ± 4 nm, and the polydispersity index (PDI) were from 0.100 to 0.300. The pH of sunscreen formulation near to 7.00 was closed to the pH of man' s skin. The reservation of Uvinul T 150 of sunscreen formulation was in the range of 8.98 g / mL to 9.76 g / mL by RP-HPLC. The stability of storage time and temperature on the physicochemical properties of sunscreen formulation were investigated in details.
